Every Annual Giving Statement generated in Pushpay will include the necessary contact information for your organization to ensure that your statements are compliant with IRS requirements. Below, you will find instructions outlining how to change these contact details.
Contact Phone Number and Email Address
The contact phone number and email address included on Annual Giving Statements will be pre-populated with the contact information entered in your primary Listing Details. To edit the details given on your statements from Step 2: Customize Email Message, simply click the pencil next to the item you would like to update and click Save.
Organization Logo, Name, Address, and Employer/Federal Tax Identification Number
The organization logo, name, address, and Employer/Federal Tax Identification Number included on Annual Giving Statements will be populated based on the information given to Pushpay/echurch at the time of enrollment or when a change was previously requested.
If there has been a change to your logo, legal name, physical address, or Employer/Federal Tax Identification Number please submit a request with our support team and we will be able to assist with updating this information.
