1) Your Listing
If your Organization has multiple Listings, select the one that you wish to manage.
2) Settings - General
Messages: The text in this box will be placed in the body of the email receipt that the giver receives when they complete a one-time or recurring gift. This text will not allow for any embed codes or graphics, but you can put links back to your website or to a special page you would like the giver to visit after giving.
Listing details: The details you add to this section will be publicly viewable and provide your givers with the best contact information for reaching out to you for support, questions, refunds, etc.
Currency & timezone: This section displays the settings for currency and timezone that have been activated on your account. If these are incorrect or need to be updated, please contact Customer Care and we will update it for you right away.
3) Service Times
You can manage the service times for your church here, which will allow you to group transactions together by a Service Time using the Batch Entry feature.
Email: This section allows you to set whether or not you receive an email notification for each transaction made to this Listing, and the email address that will receive these notifications.
Transfer Administrative Control: This function is only if you want to transfer YOUR admin account to someone else. If you need to ADD an additional administrator to your account, you request that by contacting the Customer Care Team.
ChMS integration: This section is only used if you have a church management system that integrates with Pushpay. Currently we integrate directly with:
- Fellowship One
- Church Community Builder
API: This section is only used if you want to connect Pushpay with your own system and have the development resources to make that connection.
