Pushpay takes security seriously and uses the best tools in the industry to ensure your safe use of our platform. If you give on your mobile, we recommend you secure your phone by locking it, and keep your Pushpay passcode to yourself.
If your phone is ever lost or stolen, it is important that you log into pushpay.com and revoke access to the lost device. You can do so by following these steps:
1. Sign in to your Pushpay account using your email address and password.
2. Click Security on the left side menu.
3. Click the X next to the device that you wish to revoke access to your Pushpay account.
4. Click Yes to confirm this action.
We also recommend changing your email and password on the Pushpay platform and transferring your mobile number to a different mobile device. Speak to your carrier for assistance with this.
