Would you like to provide a discount if attendees purchase more than one ticket? What about an 'Early Bird' special for those signing up early? Or a late registration fee for last minute sign ups? Do you want to charge different prices for different types of attendees?
eChurch Events can help you do this! Follow these steps when creating your event:
Early/Late Pricing (Date Based tickets)
In order to create different prices based on when attendees sign up for the event, choose Ticket prices vary depending on the date.
Choose your Ticket name (this will not show up for users) and choose the date ranges you would like. (The system will not allow you to overlap days) You will specify the prices for the tickets on the Ticket Prices tab next.
On the Ticket prices tab, you will now see 2 different fields where you can specify the ticket price difference. It will not show both ticket prices on your event. In this example, Attendees would see the $20 price until April 22. Attendees clicking on the event on April 23, or later, would see the price of $30.
Different Attendee Types
To create different ticket prices for different attendees, select Ticket prices vary for different groups of people.
As with the date based pricing, you enter the different kinds of attendees here, then specify the pricing for each group on the Ticket prices tab.
Date and Attendee Type Pricing
If you would like to specify different levels of pricing based on the type of attendee as well as the date, select Ticket prices vary for different groups of people AND the date.
This option will allow you to create a variety of different pricing options to accommodate a wide variety of different attendees and time incentives.
Bulk Discount (Discount for additional attendees in the same booking)
On Ticket Prices, specify the original ticket price, then click on the 'Add a bulk discount' button.
In the example below, the first attendee will be charged the 'Standard' rate of $50 and subsequent attendees in the same transaction will be charged the discounted rate of $40 each.
In addition to all the options noted above, you can also create Vouchers for your event. You can either do a code that provides a discount/free entry, or you can create a special link that you send to select attendees that allows them to sign up for your event at the discounted price.
