Your Weekly Giving Summary can be sent on any day of the week and to multiple email addresses to ensure that your team has maximized visibility on the previous week's giving. This information can also be viewed by clicking on the Weekly Giving Summary widget on your dashboard, which is made visible to organization level administrators.
To adjust your Weekly Giving Summary settings:
- Click Settings.
- Click Giving Summary.
- Select your fiscal year ending month.
- Select the day you wish to receive the summary email.
The weekly period ranges from 12:00am on the first day to 11:59pm on the final day of the week (all times local).
- Add a new recipient by typing their email address. Or remove an existing recipient by clicking the X next to the email address.
New recipients will receive an email invitation which they will need to accept in order to confirm their subscription.
- Click update.
