Our new giving experience allows you to give quickly and keep the giving experience consistent whether you give from your mobile, tablet or desktop device.
1. Input your gift details such as amount, gift type and the fund that you would like to give towards.
2. Then, input your phone number on the next screen.
3. You will then receive a security code via a text message on your phone to verify your identity. Enter this security code on the screen.
Note: By default, security codes are sent via text. If you want to receive the code via call, click on 'Need help?' and select 'Send code via voice call'.
4. After entering a valid security code, if you are an Existing Giver you will be automatically logged in, where you can use a stored payment method or add a new one.
From here you can complete your gift by confirming your gift details and the payment method that you want to use.
If you are a New Giver, you will be asked to enter your first name, last name, and email address on the next screen to create an account.
5. Choose your payment method and enter your payment method details.
Note: The payment methods shown on this screen may differ depending on what payment method your organization is supporting.
6. Complete your gift by confirming your gift details and the payment method that you want to use. Completing a gift also automatically creates an account for you!
