There are several different ways to include Waivers and Release forms into your events. These can be especially useful for camps and VBS events.
In the Terms tab
There is a default fine print policy that is already populated, but you can feel free to modify this for your purposes. If you choose to utilize this section, you can specify that Attendees need to tick the checkbox to accept these terms and conditions.
The disadvantage to this method is that attendees are not required to actually view the terms before accepting them, so if you want to be sure that attendees have read the terms/waiver then you should use one of the methods below.
On the Attendee Detail tab, create a new section with the details of your Release form in the Description field.
Next, create a field for attendees to indicate their agreement
The settings specified above would appear like this in your booking form
As a file upload
On the Attendee Detail tab, create a new field or section and in the Type of Field, select 'File upload'.
This option will show up in your booking form as follows
This will allow your attendees to attach a Release form or waiver that was created outside of eChurch Events. These will be displayed in the 'Who's Coming' tab where you can access them and print them off, if needed.
