Organization Level Administrator
Listing Level Administrator
Listing level administrators have permission to view and manage only the individual Listings for which they have been given access.
In multi-listing churches, this can be used to limit access to information which may be unnecessary for a person's role.
Payment Entry Only Administrator
Payment entry only administrators have permission to enter payments in Gift Entry and Check Deposit for the listings for which they have been given access. They can view and edit only the payments which they have entered and also have access to the help center and resource center.
Payment entry only administrators do not have access to any other areas of the merchant admin portal.
